I also lead mental health groups, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help people navigate their mental health journeys. My goal? To empower you with the tools to build resilience, gain clarity, and create lasting change.


Right now, I’m expanding my expertise into corporate wellness programs in London, helping businesses create healthier, happier, and more productive workplaces.
